We are proud of the quality and presentation of our parcels and do everything we can to ensure that the gift box is received in the same state as when it was sent however, we know accidents can happen. In the event, that the gift box received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, by completing the form on the contact us page and include photos of the damaged product.
Upon delivery, if there is evidence that the parcel is damaged or defective, please do not accept delivery and contact us within 48 hours. Replacements and refunds will not be provided if you have accepted delivery of opened or tampered parcels.
Claims will be assessed within 3 business days, and we will be in contact with you regarding the claim.
