By purchasing products from Nectar & Nosh (“we”, “our”), the purchaser (“you”) agrees to our Terms of Service. The Terms of Service include the below as well as other policies and procedures contained on our website (www.nectarnosh.com.au).

 All orders and purchases must be placed by a person over 18 years of age. It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under 18 years of age. You warrant that any person receiving our products are over 18 years of age and you will not take or supply our products to Restricted Areas. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.   We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Confirmation and proof of age, such as a drivers licence, maybe required at the time just prior to delivery, to verify that the person is over 18 years of age. 

We may refuse delivery to any person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason, including because they are under 18 years of age, or a person who is intoxicated or disorderly.

We will endeavour to provide products within the timeframes requested during the ordering process however, there are no guarantees and there may be delays by our third-party logistics providers.

Restricted Areas are any areas or community where there is an alcohol restriction in place. We reserve the right to refuse purchase and delivery to Restricted Areas. These may include but are not limited to: Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. 

There is no guarantee to provide a refund or replacement product for damages. 

Do not consume any broken or pre-opened products. 

We deliver products purchased through our website upon receipt of payment, and send your products via Australia Post or a reputable courier company. Delivery times will depend on your delivery option. For local deliveries, contact us via the contact us form in relation to any late, stolen, or damaged deliveries. You must contact Australia Post directly in relation to any late, stolen, or damaged deliveries for interstate deliveries.

Products contained in our gift boxes are subject to change. Where a product, as shown on the product images or website, is unavailable such as limited stock or supply, a similar replacement product will be provided. Where the replacement product is consistent with the description provided on our website, we are not under any obligation to advise you of the change. Examples may include providing nuts or chocolates by different suppliers and brands.     

Cleaning before use is a simple step that can help with health and safety. It is recommended that all barware accessories are cleaned with warm soapy water before first time use, to remove any dust or debris that may have accumulated during storage or transportation.

All prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

You must pay us for our products via the available payment methods. Discounts and coupons must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

All sales for are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless required by law. You acknowledge and agree that once you have placed and paid for your order we cannot cancel your order. On occasions we may contact you for replacement items or cancellation of an order where we are unable to fulfil the request such as due to limited stock or cessation of a product by a supplier. In these circumstances, a full refund will be provided. 

The names, images and logos used on any Site and which are used by us to describe or refer to our products and services, are our sole intellectual property and you must not, under any circumstances, use replicate, duplicate or claim any property interest over any such intellectual property unless we give you our prior written consent to specifically do so.
